Each PYROCY project is a jointly-owned industrial operation — not a pilot, not a demonstration. Built on proven technology, producing from day one.
North of Portugal · Operational
Fusão Enigmática is PYROCY's origin facility — the operating plant from which the entire global platform is being built. Construction began in 2023, and the plant has been in continuous operation since January 2025, processing real residual plastic streams and producing commercial-grade pyrolysis oil under a secured offtake agreement that covers 100% of output.
This is not a laboratory result or a pilot. Every performance figure PYROCY presents is drawn from real operational data from this facility — including oil yields between 75% and 90% depending on feedstock composition, with typical residual PE/PP streams performing at the upper end of the range. Transparency is fundamental to how PYROCY engages with partners — potential investors and co-development partners are invited to visit the plant, review performance data firsthand, and meet the operational team.
